Purpose of this blog:
Not yet a single book in full, much less a sack thereof...
This blog is simply meant to serve as a repository for some projects of mine. At present, these are two in number, and both are ongoing; namely: a transcription and translation of the section of the Acta Sanctorum on St. John Gualbert, my patron; and a transcription of The Priest's Way to God, by Fr. Thomas Plassmann, O.F.M., including translations of the Latin phrases—a book which, in my lowly opinion, ought to be read by every English-speaking aspirant to the Priesthood of Christ. When, God willing, these projects are complete, perhaps this blog will grow to fit its name.
Please pray an Ave for this poor worm of the earth.
Devotedly in Jesus and Mary,Little Gualbert
* * *
And let the brightness of the Lord our God be upon us:
and direct thou the works of our hands over us;
yea, the work of our hands do thou direct.
Et sit splendor Domini Dei nostri super nos;
et opera manuum nostrarum dirige super nos,
et opus manuum nostrarum dirige.
Ps.lxxxix.17
